David formed Globe Medical Realty Advisors (GMRA) after selling his interest in Texas Medical Realty Inc, of which he was the founding partner and managing broker. He has completed well over a million square feet of medically-related transactions and has represented over 300 physicians nationwide. His corporate clients have included Raleigh Durham Medical Group, Rainbow Medical in Las Vegas, CVS, Walgreen’s, and Eckerd. Rutson's real estate career experience spans 17 years during which time he has been honored in the Dallas Business Journal's Real Estate "Heavy Hitters", most recently in 2007 and 2008.

David is guest speaker on medical real estate panel discussions throughout the country and is recognized as a physicians advocate nationally.

Daryn joined GMRA to realize the company’s vision with founder, David Rutson, and serve as the head counsel for all financial operations, management and direction.  With over 12 years of healthcare operations, finance, accounting, syndication, mergers, acquisition and development experience, Daryn has developed acquisition programs for physician group practices throughout the country and has been involved with over $1Billion in transactional volume and over $200 Million in alternative investments.

Daryn holds a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) in Business Administration from Austin College and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University

Austin joined GMRA to focus on building the company’s tenant client base in North Texas and to establish additional medical business relationships above and beyond their core real estate offerings. Before joining GMRA, Austin spent years creating land deals for building and development companies throughout the DFW Metroplex and also worked for a Big 4 accounting firm in Dallas.  As the son of a urologist, the opportunity to work in real estate with physicians was a perfect fit and provides him with a unique understanding of medical tenants' complex needs.

Austin holds both a BBA and an MS in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. He is a CCIM candidate, member of the Dallas chapter of the Investment Banking Institute, and a licensed real estate salesperson.

Trent recently joined Globe Medical Realty Advisors as Vice President  in 2009. Trent began his real estate career with Burnham Real Estate, San Diego’s oldest commercial real estate company. After only one year, Trent was recruited by Medical Realty Advisors, a full-service real estate firm and is dedicated to serving only medical professionals.

During his two years with Medical Realty Advisors, Trent assisted medical professionals in leasing and selling over 500,000 square feet of medical office space and worked with national health systems, including Adventist, St. Joseph, and Tenet. Trent's main expertise includes tenant representation for both lease and purchase, as well as lease vs. purchase analysis.

Trent recently moved to Dallas from southern California, where he graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas and a licensed real estate broker in California. Trent has been directed to open a GMRA office in California in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
